This ETF is a fund, created in March 2007, that corresponds to the price and yield performance, before fees and expenses, of the Standard & Poor's U.S. Preferred Stock Index. The underlying index looks at preferred stocks that meet certain requirements as defined by the index including liquidity and maturity. The holdings must have a market cap over $100 million.
